I work from 9am - 2pm while the kids are in school. Sometimes I work on this and that in the afternoon and evenings, but the bulk of my work is during the day when they are in school ... that way my time with them is not bothered with "work".

My hours are based upon the needs of my families. I know what is too early and too late for my own family, so I only accept families that fit within that.
Right now, my kids come anywhere between 7:20am and 9am and they're all gone home by 4:20pm! Works great for me!

For me my hours change but mostly I work from 8 am till noon then take a couple hours off and get back on to network or post ads after the kids go to bed.
I had to cut back on my hours for the next month or so since we are in the process of moving.
I just tell my friends and family my hours and they know not to call me or if they get my machine I cannot answer the phone right now but will return their phone call.
At first to get my businesses going I had to work 40+ hours a week but now that I am established I can really only work 20 hours a week and still see the same results
I have worked offline with local construction companies and massage therapists so there for awhile I was working very hard and had no time to do anything but decided that now I am going to cut back on some networking hours etc and spend more time doing the things I like and only work part time hours
