seriously?! i dont understand how i can be so wide awake after sleeping for 3 hours!! 3 short hours!! This morning i just woke up and all of a sudden i felt like i was well rested, so well rested that i actually feel like staying up and cleaning house. do you think its okay to take tylenol pm just to be able to sleep good through the night?! my dr. appt aint till the end of the month, but im seriously not sleeping and it drives me crazy during the day

I was like that with Kate. I never took anything - I just napped and slept when I could.

I just went to the doctor on Friday. Tylenol pm is ok to take, so is Ambian sleeping pills. I have been using Ambian because the Tylenol pm didn't do anything. I don't take it every night, but the only nights I sleep are when I do. I can't wait for this to go away!

Jennifer! im going to have to try it cause sleeping for 3 hours a night just aint cutting it. Im surprise im not sleepy yet. if i was at home, ill be napping.

Oh yes...I remember doing that with both of my girls! I'd sleep for a couple of hours, wake up, have to eat and then did a little nesting. Dragged my butt most days, but I guess it's something we can't help.

I've been relatively good so far, but usually it starts for me from 6-9 months, so I'm just waiting.

Guess whose up again?! ME lucky me.

tonite, i did happen to sleep more than 30mins but i woke up with this massive headache. it feels like one of those headaches you get when you sleep in till noon with you back hurting..

hopefully tonight ill go back to sleep sooner, last night i feel back asleep around 5 and only slept for an extra half hour. :unhappy:

Tylenol PM religiously...I was on Ambien for a bit but didn't take it again. I just stuck with the Tylenol...

guess what!

i slept like a baby last night! i was so happy. i finally took the tylenol PM and it just relaxed me and i actually woke up at 4 compared to 1 AM.
