The new neighbor runs a small daycare center from her home. She takes care of her 3 year old nephew. I just spoke to her and she wants to get together to play sometime. Woohoo! Kate has a potiental new play buddy!

I told dh and he's happy too. This little boy doesn't talk much better than Kate. Maybe they'll understand each other.
