Great meatloaf idea!

DH got this recipe out of one of those Kraft magazines and it makes meatloaf so much easier! After you mix up the meat, you use a greased muffin pan and press the mixture into each cup. Leave a well in the center of each meatloaf and you can fill that with some sort of sauce (bbq, pizza, etc) and top with the appropriate cheese.

He filled ours with pizza sauce and mozzerella and the kids thought they were so cool! The nice thing is that they cook in about 1/2 the time of a normal sized meatloaf.

I'm pretty sure that he only mixed bread crumbs, egg & some salt and pepper in the meat itself, but I'll double check with him when he wakes up.

Just had to share as I'm having leftovers right now

I remember seeing that recipe. I only made it once, but it sure did cut down on the cooking time. They were really yummy!
