2 cups each almonds, pecans, walnuts or whatever nuts you prefer
1 cup sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raisins and dried cranberries.

Mix above ingredients together and store in plastic container.

Any of the above ingedients can be exchanged with your favorite dried fruits, seeds, and nuts.
