Hey Tammy - I took my own advice

Cody hasn't been wanting to eat breakfast lately, so I bought a big can of that Carnation Instant Breakfast. I compared it to Ovaltine and Nestle Quick and it seemed to have the most vitamins in it. I've been mixing it in with his milk and it makes me feel like he's getting his breakfast! I try to sneak in another glass during the day just to make sure too!

Good for you! He probably thinks he is getting a treat. I know my boys love chocolate milk. I guess I should get teh carnation though instead of the hersheys syrup... Do they make it in strawberry flavor?

They have it in vanilla and you can add their strawberry flavor to it so they'll never know the difference. I still add the Hershey's chocolate syrup to Cody's milk, to it pretty much tastes the same to him. But then I add a couple of spoonfuls of the instant breakfast to it as well.

That is great! I have been doing this with Emily and it makes me feel so much better, too. Jenn, at my Publix, I am pretty sure I saw the Carnation Instant Breakfast in Strawberry. It may have been in a package with vanilla, though.

Sneaky sneaky!

Now if I could just get the girls to drink milk I would feel better.
