Not feeling good....

I don't know what is up. Had a good weekend but today just feel so blah. I have my next appt on Thursday, have to do the glucose and do blood work for AFP (?) and doctor visit. I am really nervous to hear the heartbeat, because I haven't been feeling too much kicking or anything. I get that pregnancy update newsletter that says the doctor will be asking how much kicking, when etc and I don't know. So now I am worried. I have been sore, just my body parts. I get stiff real easy. My lower back and pelvic area have alot of pressure to them. If I am estimating correctly, and adding on the week they did when I had my ultrasound, I should be about 19 weeks this week. Shouldn't I feel a ton of kicking? I am probably just being hormonal today and blah because it is cold as heck here, 50 highs, 40's windchill.

Hang in there, your little boys is just fine. Maybe grab a hot cocoa today and just chill, enjoy your children, maybe that makes you feel better. And if not, just get tons of support, here.

I remember I used to have a hard time deciphering between kicks and gas. I'd think for a second that it must be the baby, but then wondered if it was just gas. Until the baby started kicking so hard it nearly hurt, I was never really sure.

I'm sure everything is fine and I bet you aren't the only one that doesn't write down everytime the baby kicks, ya know?

I hope you feel better!

I didn't know for sure what I was feeling were actual kicks with Aiden till 18 weeks, so I doubt I was feeling many at 19 weeks either. The aches and pains could be a sign of a virus or somthing. You should probably see a doctor today to make sure everything is ok

Actually my appointment is tomorrow, so that makes me feel better. I am such a nervous nelly I swear! I am always like this right before a doctors appointment. Though I have been sneezing alot today and am really tired. So maybe I am coming down with something. Plus my thyroid dr office called last week and said I am severly under in thyroid area.

a low acting thyroid will make you feel very sluggish Try and rest as much as you can today if you think you are getting a virus and drink lots of water. I hope you are feeling better soon let us know how your appointment goes!
