My dad's parents did. Really his brother did too. My dad's family was crazy, but in a good way, and they were close and just good people.

My grandpa was awesome - too bad I lost him early inmy childhood.

My dad has always had the biggest influence. I will be torn when I lose him (Which Won't be for another 75 years or so if I can help it! )

my grandparents. They really are like TV grandparents. I have friends who came and met them in high school who I don't talk to anymore that still visit them. Any one who meets them is instantly in love with them. They always welcome everyone in to their lives and hearts no matter what they looked like or what other people said.
