Do you sit down as a “family” for every dinner?

I try to. However, 50% of the time Dan is still at work.
I do give it my best effort though.

About 75% - sometimes I use that time to go run a fast errand. Get gas, etc.

Everynight, If it's good enough for the Simpsons, it's good enough for my family although Jon isn't always with us. Actually tonight we went to Mc D's cause Jon wasn't home in time and I don't like to have dinner at home without him.

We eat every meal at the dining room table or the kitchen table .. no eating in the living room allowed!! We eat dinner together everyday!

We always sit down at the same time and eat dinner but our table isn't big enough to seat all of us so the 3 kids sit at the table and Shane and I sit at the island.

Nearly every night. Sometimes we don't have enough of something to make as a meal for all of us so we call those nightd 'fend for yourself' so we may not always sit together.

Almost every night unless it's a special exception. Most of the time my parents come over too. We try to eat with Mike's parents on Sundays.

not very often, i usually sit with Logan while he eats, but al gets home so late form work so often that we rarely eat all together

We usually do. The only time we don't is if we let them have a picnic upstairs and they eat and DH and I will eat later.

I would say at least 5 out of 7 nights we eat dinner together. I feel it is really important. Some nights though (like last night) Court worked late. So I just fed the kids and then we ate later.

We try and have dinner together every night whether its in front of the t.v or at the table but sometimes it isn't possible. Weekends we eat in front of the t.v

We try to eat together... but matt works nights so we usually have a big lunch on his work days and the kids and i have a smaller dinner later.. but we usually eat in the living room.

We set up our tables in the livingroom and sit together there to eat.

You know I never thought of this but now that I will have another job that is 2nd shift I will miss out on this.

If we are home together we eat dinner together. Mike doesn't really work a regular schedule so he's not always home for dinner. I think eating together is very important.
