broke my heart this morning.
I asked her what she wanted for breakfast and she told me she wanted Sponge Bob snacks (like gummy fruity type things). I told her no. She cried and cried. I still said no. Finally, she came to me and asked, "Do you still love me, Mama?" Gosh, my heart just broke. I picked her up and hugged and kissed her and told her that YES I love her and will always love her no matter what. I explained that even when I said, "No" to her that I still loved her more than anything in the world.

Oh and I should have added, she STILL did not get the Sponge Bob Snacks. She got pancakes!

Ally pulls that kind of thing with me. Tells me I'm the meanest mommy in the world and that she doesn't like me anymore (usually when she doesn't get her way). Then about 5 minutes later she'll come up and apologize and ask if I still love her. Gets me everytime!

I know! Emily tells me sometimes that she doesn't love me. I'll just tell her I still love her. Then a little while later, I'll get a big hug or kiss and she'll say she loves me again.
