Privacy in the potty?

I have noticed my dd is more likely to potty if I leave the room. She's also more likely to play in the tiolet. Do you leave the room so your child can potty? Also, what do you look for in potty sign? So far I have noticed squatting and pulling at her panties. What else should I look for because she just likes to squat.

for pooping logan needs his privacy but he has only done that twice for us

i just keep asking if he has to go over and over and over again...

same here. I never know for sure if she's gone, but today, she waved goodbye to her potty, so I took that as a good sign.

Payton insists I sit in the bathroom with her while she goes #2. I guess that is a good thing though cuz otherwise I wouldn't know when to wipe her bum. Have you tried teaching Kate the sign for poop? That helped us a lot in the begining. Payton called any potty function "poop" and still does mostly. Now she just tells us she hasta go potty and she will say "I poop-c'mon! c'mon!"
