Time to get serious!!!

Who's with me?!?!

I am going to get serious about my body again. I like my body .. but I wanna love it again!!!! I'm going to dedicate 45 minutes a DAY to getting healthy. I'm going to make healthier choices when picking my food.

I need a buddy!! Elaine was my buddy .. but for obvious reasons, I don't think she will be loosing any weight right now Seriously .. I need somebody to me when I say I'm not exercising.

My plan ....

Have sex once a day .. it really does help ya know
Do my ab tape once a day
Do my reps on the ab lounge once a day
Use the free weights

Other then the sex, I think I can do this all is 45 minutes. Maybe more .. we'll see!!!

I weighed in at 138 today .. my size 6 are too tight and I wanna look good now!!!

I would love to be 138 again - but that was before children and I have lost all hope of every being there again.

I want to be 120 .. but will settle for 125 .. we'll see.

Good luck!

I am going to do the Zone after I have the baby. I will not stay fat after this baby like I did with Justin. I want to be at 120/125 again also. I was 160 when I got pregnant. Hopefully I won't add too much to that.

i need to lose ..but i love to eat... i use to beable to eat what i wanted til i had four kids.. its not that i'm big but i would like to lose and get back to 130 i'm at 152 and 5'8 ..

Hey Roxanna,
Did you see Oprah yesterday? There was a woman on there ( and I think she wrote a whole book on the topic) who said that she lost weight by having sex 8 times a week!!

Did you find your buddy yet? I could be your buddy. I seriously need to put DOWN the Pringles and make some healthier choices myself!

Cool. The buddy system is good. But I must warn you, I'm a total push-over and a bad influence to boot. Maybe we need to make it a threesome (get your mind out of the gutter), only the third person has to really crack that whip. Tammy, I'm sure you're reading this and you're the perfect candidate.

BTW, did you do your 45 minutes today?

And, I vow to not eat any Pringles today. I'm too scared to step on the scale -- last time I checked (maybe a month ago or so), I was around 132. I GOTTA start working out again. I think all of my muscles have atrophied from lack of exercise.

Oh, and did you have sex yet today?

Threesome sounds great

I have not done my 45 minutes today because I've spent the morning

But I did have sex twice before 4am

I plan on exercising later this afternoon!!

OK roxanne I want to be part of your buddy group too, but having sex with you once a day might take abit to do as you live so far away, but everything else I can handle, tell me how you want to start this and let set some goals

I'm 5'8 too... I was always really happy when I weight 150...I haven't weight 120 or 130 since I was probably in the 6th grade.

Umm...I could use a buddy. I need someone to motivate me and someone who I can check in with. I sound like I'm lookin' for a date.

No, but seriously! I'm waiting for Dh to come home right now so I can work out. First we'll eat and then I'll take off to the gym. Because Aunt Flo has reared her ugly head once again I won't be swimming. Free weights, crunches, and the stair master are calling my name!!!

I really need a buddy. I'm great at starting things but horrible with finishing them. I know I'll work out today and then tomorrow I'll be like"I'm too sore or too tired!" and not go at all. Help! Please!
