Sydney, Livia and...

What???

Yes, another "What to name a baby girl" thread by yours truly!

I am 98% convinced that we're having another girl and I'm always stumped for girls names. Sydney and Livia both have 2 middle names, so we'd like to do the same for this baby (only if baby is a girl).
Marco wants his Mom's first name (Ellen) to be one of the middle names and I'm incorporating my Mom's name (Marilyn) in there too, for a spelling of "Ellyn".

And I'm thinking that a name that ends in "eee" would be nice, so the last letters of the name could be "y" or "ee" or "ie", etc. Does that make sense?

The only name that I can really think of right now is Avery and to be quite honest, as much as I like it, I've heard it way too much in the past several weeks, which tells me it's too popular for my liking.

Other considerations:

Maci (Macee)
Sophie (Sophee)

And that's all I've got. So please help!!

I vote for Sophie! I love that name! Maci is nice too, but I've been hearing that one a lot more lately.

I think Sophie Ellyn sounds lovely -- but what other middle would you use? I'm not crazy about Avery, but that's just my personal preference. I like my girl names to be more "girly" and that one could go either way.

Have you even thought about boy's names yet?

I like Avery!

Boys name (4th year running...) - Ethan William.

But Marco doesn't make boys, so we'll probably never get to use it.

I like Sophie Ellyn. I don't know of a third name to go with that, though.
I like Maci, Gracie, and Katie, but all of those names are very popular.

I love the name Avery. I vacillate between very girly names and then the less girly names like Avery and Darby.
What about
Anna
Ella
Emma
Lorelai
Ava
Lillian or Lilliana
Emerson (that appeals to the literature lover in me!)
Elise
Danielle
Kelsey (love that name!)
Julianna (I think this is pretty)
Peyton
(no eee sound for any of the above, but could be a middle name)
Callie
Delaney

Wow! Who knew there were so many names!

It's so hard to find a name that isn't or hasn't been popular at some point. I really thought that Sydney was going to be such a popular name, but around here, I haven't heard of any other Sydney's. Avery on the other hand, I've heard that name sooo much lately!

Sophie is another name that isn't that popular (yet) around here. Emily, definitely alot of those, but I still like the name.

Honestly, I'm still in love with the name Isabella, but I just can't get myself past Isabella Ellyn ...... Ryden. Isabella Ellyn rolls off the tongue way too easy, don't you think??
But there are so many other names we could call her - Izzy, IzzyB, Belle, Bella and the list goes on. Marco's not too keen on it either, but I love it!

Sophie Ellyn Claire Ryden

Sophie Ellyn ......

Hmmmmmm - I can't understand why this is so hard.

You know one name, that I think is kind of different (it's off a movie), is Pita. (yes, as in pita pocket, LOL) However, it means 4th daughter (and sometimes I refer to people as "pitas", pain in the asses). But we will not be having a 4th child, so I guess it's not really appropriate.
Yea I had no idea what a PITA was until your threads about daycare!LOL!

See Krista, now you can use it as "code" too!

How about Sophee (or Sophie) Alexis Ellyn Ryden??

Sophie Ellyn Alexis Ryden?
I like it! I just wonder about the "n" sound for two names in a row But I really like how Sophie Alexis go together so well first more then Sophie Ellyn Alexis..Very pretty combo either way though!
I like Sophie Alexis Ellyn Ryden.
Also, I love your names for your girls. I have told you that before, I think. But I love them, so I know I will love whatever you come up with this time.
But I must say that Pita means Pain in the @ss to me, too. That's the way we use it. I either say pita or hemorrhoid.

Tammy - hemorrhoid is a good one too, just a little too obvious!
kylee and kayleigh are both REALLY popular here. In fact the 2 little girls that live around us that are the same age as Kelsey have those names. One is Kylee and the other Kayleigh....LOL

I like Sophie Alexis....both beautiful names!
Sometimes I want to be obvious, though!
I know a family and the girl's name is Mareeka. I thought it was a cool name. Plus I also like Sadie.
So it is settled then, Hemmoroid Alexis Ellyn Ryden!! I like it!!
I like Brandy, in any spelling, and I don't think I saw anyone mention that one yet.

I really like Sophie too.
