My mother calls me to tell me the TV is on but fuzzy and she doesn't know what is wrong. Has been like that for a couple of hours. I say put it on channel 3. VOILA, tv works!
Then she says I tried using the phone up here but there is not, what do you call it when it makes that noise? Um, dial tone mom? Yeah, that's it, there is no dial tone. So I say move the futon and check that the phone cords are actually plugged into the jack, because they get pulled out if the kids or dogs go back there. She says there is this thing hanging with all these wires. I say yes that is the phone jack, it came out of the wall and John hasn't fixed it. Hanging on there should be a double jack though, are there 2 phone cords plugged in there?? She says well there are cords on the ground. Ok are they phone cords? She says I guess. I said plug them in. VOILA phone and internet works again!
