How do I get him to give up

his night drink? I usually give him just a few sips of a drink like waterafter he gets into bed. But those few sips can make him pee a river. I take him potty before bed, then I get him up usually around 11 and take him potty and put him in his bed. Then if I am up later then that I iwll get him up again. So why is he still peeing the bed? And when he does it he does not wake up I am tired of lysol, febreeze and mattress flipping. I am going to go and get a plastic cover for his bed but I cant afford to do his twin and my full as he gets in my bed sometime in the middle of the night. i dont wake up when he does or I would make him turn around and go pee.

I used a shower curtain with a big towel over it. You can usually get cheap shower curtains

Good Luck

Maybe he just has an immature bladder. Is is doing it everynight? I know he won't want to hear this, but what about getting him those good nights? Save yourself the aggrivation. Don't feel bad I had two cousins and an uncle who wet the bed until they were well into their teens. Some boys are just like that. I babysat for two boys who were older bed wetters. I taught them how to change their sheets and clean their own beds. They liked dealing with the problem themselves. Logan is four right? He's old enough to strip down his own bed and wipe it off. That way he's in control of the situation and not you.

The dollar store usually has shower curtains so I'd stock up on those. I'm no professional but I would guess that with everything that's been going on in his life the past few years, this is his way of "letting off steam". I'd have him checked by his pediatrician just to make sure there's no physical problem just in case, though. And is he seeing anyone to talk about his feelings?
