What have you done so far?

Have you pre-made anything for the big day yet?

So far I have only made my pumpkin pie gems and I made a roll of herbed butter yesterday. Today I will be making my stuffing. I think that's all I'll be making early...I'd rather make the creamed taters and beans fresh tomorrow, and of course the turkey and gravy!

Let's see... Last night I made the cornbread for the stuffing so it will dry out a little before Thursday. Today I will make the pumpkin cheesecake and cranberry apple pie. Oh and I will cut up all the veggies for the stuffing so tomorrow morning when I am up at dawn, I wouldn't be slicing my fingers as well. We're eating at 1 pm, so I will be up EARLY with that bird! GL ladies!

Lets see...today I am cooking the turkey...making up the dressing...I might go ahead and fix the english pea salad today. I might also steam the sweet potatoes...get them in the dish today because I have to bake it anyway right before serving and this way I can just add on a few more mintues to make sure that it is heated all the way thru.

Did'ya get all of that??? Yes I am going a little I have an extra kid this week

I orderd and had the HoneyBaked Ham delivered

Today I think I'll do most of the cooking .. all of the desserts cause we are eating at noon tomorrow and again at 4:30

We are eating at 1 and I am debating about when to make my turkey. Do I make it today and slice ti up for tomorrow? Or should I just get up early tomorrow to make it?
