What were your undivine pg symptoms and how did you remedy them? I am having a lot of back problems with this pregnancy and nothing is helping. Any advice?

I wish I could help, I had back problems with the first and it was horrible!! They didn't go away till 2 weeks before he was born, that's when he dropped. I tried back rubs, didn't work, heat, didn't work, ice, didn't work, chiro, didn't work. Luckily it was my first so I just layed around not doing much. Are you drinking enough water? Keeping yourself active? I know how painful it can be.

Sorry I didn't have back problems. Would one of those bellie supports help? Well when I sat for long periods I did have to put a hard pillow behind my back that felt way better. I hope your feeling better.

I would get massages from a friend that specializes in aromatherapy massages which helped with all the aches and pains that come with pregnancy but it especially helped with my back. Is there somewhere you can go and get a massage?

yeah a massage or chiropactor might help out.

sorry you are in pain!

My pain is mainly in my lower back and hips. I haven't tried a massage although when I had a massage when I was pregnant with my son it didn't help. I think I will try and see a physical therapist and see if that helps. I don't think a support will help. I am only 20 wks and not very big yet.

Sounds like what I had with ds1. Not so much the hips and actually it was the midback. but I was about the same 20 wks not very big, but I swear it's how he was positioned inside me that made it hurt so bad. Make your dh keep rubbing your back everynight. I feel so bad for you
