Soy Isoflavones

Hi all...I've been hearing different information about soy isoflavones and fertility. Some places say that it increases fertility and helps with ovulation and other places say it decreases fertility. Does anyone have any concrete information either for or against it? I want to be as informed as possible before taking any supplements.

Thank you in advance!!

What are they? I get a lot of soy because I am allergic to milk and glutten.

According to a website I found, "Soy isoflavones are a group of compounds found in and isolated from the soybean". I think the supplements are the same thing as what you get from the soy food products but in pill form.
