Oh my gosh! I can’t believe this.
I just checked the gift registry of these people we used to go to church with. This couple is getting married in January. They are young. Neither of them has ever been on their own, and they don’t have anything, as far as furniture and linens and dishes—the necessities. So, I know they need some things liek that. But they didn’t register for any of this kind of thing. They registered for games and electronics.
DH told me to get something off of their registry and to spend about $xx amount. But I really don’t feel comfortable getting them “Scrabble” when I know they need towels and sheets.
What would you do?
