New Year's cards???

DH had a thought last year and I'm inclined to agree with it this year...

We sent out a TON of cards last Christmas and didn't get very many. The people we did receive from weren't people we normally sent to, either.

He said we should get (or I should make) some nice bright New Years cards and send those. That way, they don't feel like we slighted them by not sending them a Christmas card, and it will be a surprise because they'll already be through their Christmas cards.

What do you all think?

Sounds good to me. I usually keep a few extra Christmas cards on hand for that reason.

I think its a good idea, I usually keep Xmas cards on hand for the people who I get without sending them 1st - BUT once Xmas passes that no longer works very well - then they KNOW they were an after thought -

I like the idea of New Years Cards !
