OMG! I had been using my regular long resistance bands on the legs for the kicking - you know folded in half. So that part wasn't bad at all. I thought I was doing a good job with the balls in my hands during my Tae Bo Fat Blasting Cardio. Whoa! My arms are weak! I'm going to be sore tomorrow! I loved it though. Those bands really increase the difficulty of your work out. Billy's right when he says even if you use them wrong, you will get in shape! Whoa!
