Kim and I went by the Garden Ridge across town because they are closing. We got some terrific savings! Here is what I got:
King size comforter reg $50 paid $12.50
Queen size comforter w/ 2 shams reg $40 paid $14
LARGE table top basket w/ lid reg$ 29 paid $4.50
lots and lots of scrapbooking stuff reg $70 (approx) paid $20
reading pillow reg $15 paid $3.80
Kim got a gorgeous solid wood bookcase reg $130 paid $23.70!
There were other odds and ends, but that was most of it. I was able to get some things for Ally's birthday party, like some feather boas ($0.50 each) for each of the girls, like jewels and foam cut outs for the crowns - stuff like that. And we had such a great time shopping and laughing.
Gotta love savings like that on top of such a wonderful time with your best friend!
