Anyone ever had lower abdominal cramping for a couple of days after ovulation? Like it feels like you've done a whole bunch of situps, the lower abs are sore and feel tight... It's gone now but I had that for a couple of days and I was wondering what it might be... I know it's not from having more sex than usual...

Yep. I have been having a tightness off and on in the lower abdominal area since ovulation. Last night I noticed my nips were sore too. So I don't know if that is a part of the clomid or what.

Ya I always have the soreness in my nipples starting about a week before AF. It's horrible to get it every month and for me since it's normal it doesn't mean anything

How many days after you O'd? If it was 6-12 days after O, it could be implantation cramping....

It was only a couple of days after I O'ed.

Cheryl, I've also got the sore nipples... I never get that before AF, but I did before I found out I was pregnant with Nicole.

Meghan-
I have actually read where it is completely normal because the fertilized egg is implanting itself on the uterine wall which can cause abdominal pain and discomfort!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!! Good Luck!
