Literally. I know it's normal after a pregnancy to lose your hair with the hormonal changes, but mine is getting beyond what I would call normal thinning ....
First of all, my hair is SO thin to begin with - but within the last 2 months I have lost so much hair my husband is actually concerned I may be going bald ... seriously... my hair is pretty long - so I can hide it sometimes, but really with it thinning it makes it look even worse... I could put my entire head of hair in a small barrette and it closes no problem ...
(Scott is on my case about vitamins - he thinks since I now have AF every two weeks, and he doesn't think I eat healthy enough - I am not getting enough nutrients; I know with my osteoperosis I should take my vitamins, I dont know why I dont... laziness maybe... ) I was going to wait and ask the OBGYN at my next appt in March ...
Anyone else going through this??
Even though I love long hair and want it long ... thinking of chopping it .. REAL short...

I had the same problem after Nicole was born... But once I started using my vitamins again it really helped. I also switched shampoos to Garnier and more recently to Pantene full and thick.
