1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons sugar
1 packet sugar free kool-aid
STORE IN FRIDGE

THIS IS GOOD TO RESTORE THERE ELECTROLYTES

BABYUNIVERSITY.COM DOES NOT ENDORSE THE USE OF HOMEMADE 'ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION'. We have stated on several occasions that our medical advisors feel that use of this solution can actually be harmful to your child. This IS NOT an acceptable substitute to store bought electrolyte solution. Should you choose to use it, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
