To test or not to test...

That is the question.

Well I should have gotten my period yesterday. I've had some symptoms that could go either way and I didn't really think anything of them until the hubby noticed that my nipples and areolas were darker then normal. So....now I'm starting to think that maybe I am pregnant. I'm trying to wait to be sure I won't get AF but now that I've started thinking about it, it's hard not to.

We'd stopped worrying about when we were having since we hit that year mark and we just decided that if it happened it happened, its not like we have money right now for testing and fertility stuff, even with insurance. So we just have to pray that it will happen on it's own eventually, I have to say that I was so sure we'd get pregnant right away. I never thought we'd have problems and my family makes it sound like its no big deal that we haven't gotten pregnant yet but to me it sure feels like it.

So the question is should I test tomorrow morning or should I wait a day or two?

I say if you have a test there then just take it in the monring. I would tell my self not to think about it but it never worked till I just tested. Wishing you guys lots and lots of luck.

I would test, but I have never been good at waiting. Good luck!

I'm SOO bad at waiting I should probably just test in the morning so if I get a negative I'll stop thinking about it. I have a 2 pack stashed away.

Oh, if you have the test use it. I was never able to wait. I'm thinking of you.

I say definately use it! If you have a 2 pack and this one comes out negative, you can test again in a week if AF still hasn't shown! Good luck! Lots of

I am another one of these people that has never been good at playing the waiting game iether. I say go ahead and test. If it does come back negative, you can always test again later if AF still doesn't show

Have you tested?

I got rushed out the door this morning so I didn't test. No AF though still, so I'm DEFINITLY testing tomorrow morning. Even Mike thinks I should now. SEND THAT DUST!

Well I read that as long as AF is late, it doesn't matter what time of day you test... We're all so anxious to know, maybe you should test now!
I say do the test and don't wait until in the morning. I have no patience and I want to know what the test says!
I think with the new tests you can test any time of day. I tested around lunch time when I was pregnant with Emily and with this pregnancy.

yeah, morning has nothing to do with it anymore

test test test test!
Oh, test NOW!
Well make sure you wake up about 15 min early...that way you can read instructions...test and wait for results.

We all want to know the results!!!

NOW!!!!

I always thought to use the first morning one for a test. Especially since I am so bad and I have to pee like every half hour during the day. Will that matter? now I'm kinda nervous to do it.

Sorry ladies I couldnt' get on, silly dialup.

Big Fat Negative.

So now I guess I'll hope that AF shows up here. I have no idea why it's so screwed up right now. I have never been super regular but this is crazy. Maybe we're just not meant to get pregnant.

Don't give up.

I know so many people tried for a long time before they got pregnant. We just can't afford the extra fertility treatments that wouldn't be covered by insurance. I guess I'm just kinda sad about it today. We've hit that 1 year mark and maybe I should just stop even writing down the first day of my period. All my family has to say is "it will happen when it happens" and that drives me nuts
