Same here. I color. I play blocks. I read the majority of the stories, craft and let her help cook, but daddy is still more fun. It must be someting in the Daddy genes.

Oh yeah! Even when we weren't separated Daddy was the fun parent. Funny because he was the disciplinarian as well and it never interferred with his role of being the fun parent. I think a lot of it was because he was rarely home so when he was, everything was all about the kids. He'd come in from work and take care of any "talks" that I needed him to have with the kids, sit down and have dinner and talk with them, play a little, and be out the door again.

Well, it depends on what he wants.

I think Daddy probably is more "fun". Daddy wrestles with him and they have these little games they always play. They do "boy stuff" together. We have fun, but it's not the same.
