Postpartum exercise

When did you start exercising after delivery? What exercises can you start with?

I've done a little walking, but nothing else really. I would really like to do more, but my post-partum appt. isn't until mid-may.

Two years. If you don't want to wait that long, I think it's two weeks postpartum for a vaginal delivery. I would ask my dr before I started anything more strenous than walking. Are your stitches healed? I would think that would be the big thing. I wouldn't want those to pull open.

You should be able to do keggle exercises and pelvic tilts.
