Apparently, my bil let his internet connection lapse and just didn't pay the bill for several months. Every holiday, I send all the kids e-cards. That explains why his kids' always bounced. It would have been nice if he had told the rest of the family. I guess he got it turned back on this weekend with another provider and e-mail address - which he hasn't given us btw.
