Are you doing anything for Cinco de Mayo? I got a cooking newsletter about traditional Cinco de Mayo meals and I thought I might try some of them.

we usually go out either for Happy Hour or get the family together and cookout and yea drink! this year well be driving to New Mexico though.

We usually go out for Mexican food but I'll be in the hospital this year. Maybe Mike will be extra nice and order in for us!

It's like the 4th of July in Mexico. It's their Independance Day.

I'm making chicken with oranges. I just hope you really can substitute pickles for capers.
