Graduation

It's that time again...

Do you know anyone who is graduating? What's a good gift for a grad?

Our pastor's son, Greg, is graduating. Cecil has been DH's best friend for probably 11 years, since Greg was small. So, we have to get him something, but I'm at a loss.

My niece Jessica will be graduating next week (Shelia's DD) and we are giving her $$. She is going to Rio after graduation, so I think she'll need the cash!!

I got him a nice card. DH said just give him money. Whatever we'd give him, he'd probably sell to buy a new guitar or something, anyway.

My niece is graduating on May 26. I'd like to get her a little something other than just a gift card to WalMart (I figure she can get several things from there for school). She is going to a Christian school and will have to attend chapel a certain amount of times. My bro said something about a Bible but he is doublechecking on that.

Den's cousin just graduated from Purdue and her party is this weekend. She is a doctor of Pharmacy and has gone to school for 6 years or so. So we decided money--with those loans and no grants or anything like that, that money is the best thing for her...LOL

I've gotten 2 graduation open house invitations so far. I usually just give money.

I think money is usually a safe option. I don't think we have any graduations this year- definitely a nice change.
