Potty training question

PJ and Emmie have each had one day without accidents since Monday. I know that the CAN go to the potty when they need to, sometimes they don't WANT to.
I have had a very difficult morning. Not with the girls, but with my insurance company. I am so frustrated already that when I asked them if they wanted 'big girl panties' and they told me 'no' I just said okay and out them in a pull up.
Am I making a mistake? Should I put them in panties? Is this going to be a set back for them?
I just don't think I can handle one more thing today without screaming at someone, and I don;t want it to be the Twins that I let it out on. I'm really afraid that if they have an accident that I will yell. I was figuring that when I calm down I will put them in panties, but I would hate to set them back by letting them wear a pull up.

it is a decision that they made it might make them feel like big girls just to have had a choice.

logan used to fight wearing underwear so we had to pick and choose our battles, when he finally decided that he wanted to be a big boy he has gone almost accident free in the day time since.

so, no i don't feel it will be a setback for you, maybe they won't go in their pull ups at all, good luck!

I think you are doing the right thing. I really don't think letting them wear pull ups this time will set them back. I would just wait until you calm down and then get them to wear their panties. I would also tell them that they can still use the potty even if they have on pull ups. I hope your day gets better.

i think u did the right thing cause if u get upset at an accident and dont mean to that may do more harm than the pull up in my opinion
