Clear blister and bright red. What in the world could this be?
Hannah woke up like this and hasnt stopped complaining about it all day.

Wouldn't that be strep throat? I've had it enough times to know it feels like you're swallowing glass! Hope it's not, but you might want to be calling the doctor this morning. Poor gal!

Has she had a headache? I agree with Dawn--it does sound like strep throat to me.

He said she has pharyngitis which is a precurser for strep what does that mean??? Put her on a strong antibiotic for a week and then for the last 3 days the dose drops by 1/2

Beats the heck outta me .. never heard that one before.

I've had that several times. Pharyngitis is viral. It's the virus that causes strep. I never actually get the infection, but I get the virus that causes the infection. They never would give me antibiotics for it, though, unless I came down with the infection.
