Anyone know anything about this? One of my co-workers has been doing it with his wife and has lost a good amount of weight (not that he needed too). He started doing it with his wife who was borderline diabetic.

I've heard good things about it. It's basically healthy fats (fish, olive oil) and lots of veggies. Ediets has it as one of their featured diets, but I despise them. I think that each person just needs to research the various diets and find one they feel like they can stick with, whatever it is. Another good one with lots of success stories is Body For Life, but it also includes working out daily, so you have to be up for that.

I consider running after 2 boys my workout, and I will add the pilates and taebo. At some point, I would like to join the hospital gym again and go on lunch, but that will wait for now. I tried looking on line yesterday to get some info on it, but didn't have alot of luck. Of course that ediets came up alot, but I don't want to pay some fee.

I think there is a book -- check your library or ebay for a used copy
