Mattress wedge?

Brenna has mild reflux and while she is a happy spitter she arches her back and grunts through the night and then wakes up often coughing...I'm wondering if it is because she has heartburn.
Has anyone used a matress wedge in their crib or bassinet? and if so did it seem to help?

I didnt use a wedge, but I did elevate Aidans mattress. It did nothing for him, the ONLY thing that allows him to sleep or be peaceful is sitting up to sleep. He actually has a test next week at the childrens Hospital for a Barium Swallow to see how severe it is

I never used one. A friend of ours just put one end of the crib higher My girls have been pretty lucky.

I have one that I bought from One Step Ahead. It's nice. Lauren still sleeps with it.

Probably the best thing to start with is to elevate just the head of her bed. We put the head of Lauren's crib "up on blocks" .... HOW FUNNY! But it did help a bit with all of her other treatments and meds.

We have done that with Ryan's bassinette too.

Emily had really bad reflux as a newborn and we just let her sleep in her carseat. It helped LOADS! Make sure to keep her upright for at least 30min after every feeding and you should see a big difference in her.
