You would be so proud of me!!

I made it through day 1 - no cheating!!

Day 2:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs, mushrooms, cheese, red onion and red pepper with Ms. Dash
and cottage cheese

Snack: roast beef slices

Lunch: roast beef slices

Snack: steamed veggies from last nights dinner

Dinner: steak and broccoli/cauliflower with cheese



We had a lunch meeting at the office today. They had sandwiches, chips and cookies/brownies. I took a sandwich and just ate the meat lettuce and tomato. I did not have a cookie/brownie or chips!!! I did it! I am very proud of myself!
