DId great on Saturday:
No breakfast (was too busy with yardsale)
Lunch: Sirloin steak salad with salsa,
Snack: Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Sirloin steak with red onion, red pepper and sauteed mushrooms. Broccoli and cauliflower steamed with cheese.
Sunday
I made DH a big breakfast for Fathers Day and I couldn't help myself.
1 pancake with syrup
2 sausage links
2 pirogies with butter
Lunch: Steamed broccoli and cauliflower with cheese
Took BRandon to the movies, and was really bad. Had popcorn with butter and nacho cheese, pop rocks, and some of his chocolate candy kisses and a frozen coke.
Dinner: Made DH homemade manicotti, already blew it so had one of those.
And a big a$$ martini after I heard the news of the A/C !
BUT today I am back on....
