Day 4: SB

Ok, got right back on the wagon.

Breakfast: the usual, scrambled egg with mushrooms and cottage cheese

Snack: pistachios

Lunch: steak salad with salsa as dressing with sauteed mushrooms, onions and red peppers

Snack: pistachios

Dinner:

Ok,lost the willpower here. With the ac not working, I couldnt' bring myself to use the oven for anything, so I ate leftover manicotti.

Then I reasoned I already blew it, so I had 2 chocolate donuts.



Not good, I know...

Ok so look at it this way .. baby steps. You are doing great away from home. Atleast most of the day is good food .. much better than none!
