OK ladies .. you asked for it, you got it! We're going to an exercise challenge during the month of July! Finding even 15 minutes to exercise seems to be the biggest problem that most of us have, so during July, we're going to concentrate on finding that time and making it a habit!
And to make this more enticing, I have a set of Turbo Jam Maximum Results! The set includes 4 separate workouts and a toning band! This will be awarded based exclusively on points. You MUST report your total points each week throughout the entire challenge to be eligible for the prize!
Challenge begins Saturday, July 1st and ends Monday, July 31st. Points should be posted each weekend in a challenge thread.
So ... who's game???? Dust off that treadmill, dig up those old Tae Bo tapes, or just fish your sneakers out of the bottom of your closet and put them on! Let's see what a difference just 31 days can make!
