Made it through day 1. Not without hunger pangs I might add. I am not following the exact menu, but am sticking to Wave 1 approved foods.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice whole grain toast with laughing cow cheese spread
Snack: cashews
Lunch: Large salad with red and green leaf and romaine lettuces, baby spinach, red onions, and sliced flank steak with greek dressing from book
Snack: cottage cheese (in my mind I was eating a 3 musketeer!)
Dinner: Black bean spread and chicken on 1/2 whole grain pita
Snack: shrimp cocktail
Lots of water.....
I was very proud of myself for making it through the day, especially considering there were huge chocolate chip cookies, cupcakes and Krispy Kreme donuts at the jobsite!! 
I joined the sonomadiet.com website and got a diet buddy. I also started taking Green Tea Diet pills and am taking Fish Oil vitamins. Today at lunch I go to join the gym. They are having a special this month with no down payment, so I save $119 off the bat. What great timing!!
