Day 2: Gym and Diet

Made it through day 2 at the gym yesterday.

45 minutes on the treadmill - 3.3/3.4 speed, incline intervals
2 1/2 miles
360 calories

100 situps (stomach hurt from yesterdays 200)

Food:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, orange bell pepper on whole grain toast spread with Laughing Cow 1/2 cube of light garlic herb flavor

Snack: Cottage Cheese

Lunch: Grilled chicken and black bean spread on whole wheat tortilla

Snack: trail mix of peanuts, cashews and M&M's

Dinner: Filet Mignon, squash, mushrooms and onions all cooked on George Foreman
