Day 3: Gym and Diet

I am on a roll!

Went to the gym today:
375 calories burned
45 minutes - 2.67 miles
3.5 pace / integral incline

No sit ups though, people were hogging the machines!!!

Food:
Breakfast: my usual 2 scrambled eggs, onions, red/orange pepper, mushrooms, over whole grain toast with laughing cow light cheese spread

Snack:
trail mix of peanuts, cashews and m&m's

Lunch: large salad with spinach and romaine, red onions, black beans, black olives and tomatoes with fat free balsalmic vinaigrette

Snack:
squash, mushrooms and onions left over cooked on George Foreman
