Breakfast: my usual 2 scrambled eggs, onions, red/orange pepper, mushrooms, over whole grain toast with laughing cow light cheese spread
Snack:
trail mix of peanuts, cashews and m&m's
Lunch: large salad with spinach and romaine, red onions, black beans, black olives and tomatoes with fat free balsalmic vinaigrette
Snack:
squash, mushrooms and onions left over cooked on George Foreman
