In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Hunter Fan Co., of Memphis, Tenn., is voluntarily recalling about 29,000 Warm Mist CareFree® Humidifiers. Water from the humidifier can leak into the unit’s electrical compartment posing a fire hazard.
