Yes, I have 2 of them... I have this one from ebay on your link and I have another one I will see if I can find ...

THIS one in particular I didnt like... the inside was real warm which was great for transporting outside however in a car - forget it. Think how much we crank the heat, and this poor baby is in fleece in the back on top and underneath!! If you wont be using it for driving though, and more for in the stroller outside -this is the one to get...

The one I like and used was very simple, it was only a top cover - it had a zipper and hole for the face - it just didnt go UNDER the baby like this one. Perfect for the car because I could change how warm Aidan was.

I will see if I can find the one I have too-

I couldn't find the one I have online ... so I hope its ok to post a picture here instead of the Photo forum ...

Here is the one I liked (for cars) The cover goes on the outside of the carseat, not under the baby but on the car seat itself and you could zip it up or whatnot, or unzip -

I bought a blue one from a yard sale for a dollar about a month ago. My mom watches my son and will watch the new baby and needs to take my son to school to I gave it to her because I know it will be easier for her and her carseat. I am looking for a new one and found pink ones at Burlington Baby Depot for about the same price as the one in your picture.

Lenora - I have the one you posted. I loved it!!

I didn't have to put a winter jacket on my kids at all. I just zipped them up with that, with a blanket - and they were good to go.

I used it for both of my kids.

ooh I'm definitly going to have to put that on my list of wants. I'd love to have that with a December baby.

Since this baby is going to be born in January, I've been concerned about keeping him or her warm outside. Our van (when we get it back) doesn't really have that great of heating system for short drives. For longer trips, it gets quite warm, but in town it's on the cold side.

Thanks for your input!

I had one with Jonathan, but I never used it. He was born in January, but it was 70+ degrees the day we brough him home. We had an unusually warm winter the year he was born.

I made one out of polar fleece for a friend of mine whose baby was born in March. It was pretty easy - basically a bag, with a hole for the car seat buckle, and velcro-closure straps (no sleeves - it looked kind of like a jumper on top). I bet I could find the pattern for you, if you have some polar fleece lying around.

i had one just like the picture, but in blue courderoy on the outside and plad flannel on the inside, i loved it! didn't have to worry about a jacket for that first winter at all.
