Something your child loves that you can't stand

Is there something that your child loves that you can't stand? What do you do about it?

Mine is ballet. I have destested ballet ever since my mother forced it on me in first grade. My dd loves it. So far, I am keeping my mouth shut. But it's hard when it's something you hate.

Bruce Lee, Kung Foo stuff.. UGH... I just can't get into it, I can't enjoy it and Austin LIVES for Bruce Lee (and Steven Speilberg)

Being an adult there are lots of things that they enjoy or are into that I just have no interest in, but there isn't really anything that I can't stand to the point of being against them doing it. Haley loves bugs and critters but as long as she keeps them outside (she has snuck them in before) then I don't mind her fascination with them.

It's so funny that y'all said Sponge Bob. I cannot stand it and Emily loves it. What is it with that show and kids loving it?

Eww.. I don't like that either. Jonathan thinks he's hilarious. I think it's his high pitched voice. Ick!

That's exactly what I don't like about Angelina Ballerina! Her voice!

Spongebob has grown on me. I agree that angelina is annoying. But Lys has never gotten into it.

I can't think of any one thing that Lyssa is into that I hate (or can't stand) I've been pretty lucky to stear her towards things I can tolerate.
