Kindergarten - 2 weeks in

Brandon seems to be adjusting great to being in school. And since the first day screw up with ASP, things have gone very smoothly. He gets dropped off in the morning at our neighbors at 6:00 a.m., has breakfast over there. Catches the bus with her son. Our friends Jason/Lisa's son Jace, then takes him to the cafeteria for whatever if he is still hungry and then walks him to class. He has learned the colors red and yellow, how to spell them among other things I am guess, he just doesn't tell us. Every night he has a little assignment. Last night we had to find 3 yellow things, draw them and then spell yellow. He has gotten 9 blue smiley faceys (the best he can get) and 1 green (good day). For every blue smiley they get a coin. Every 3 coins you can turn it in for a prize out of the treasure chest. He loves LOVES riding the bus. When I was home with Ryan, he got to ride it home too instead of ASP and was tickled about it. Now he is mad that he is back in ASP. I picked him up yesterday and he is escorted by a 5th grader, but sees me and comes running down the hall yelling Momma with a big grin on his face. I am so relieved things are going well! Makes me feel much better.

I'm glad Brandon is doing well with Kindergarten.
