I haven't gone to the gym in a week BUT I haven't been snacking too terribly either. I have to say I was still shocked and got on two different scales because I didn't think the first one could be right... I know it isn't much but I am so excited right now...

I have lost


THREE POUNDS!!!



I am now a svelte 175
