My sister has been complaining for about six months about not getting her child support from her ex. They finally took him to court only to find out it wasn't his fault. HE had requested they it straight out of his paycheck to make sure he didn't fotrget or mess it up (the boy is really trying)...At the hearing, he showed they judge his paystubs showing that the money had been taken out. They went back to his boss, checked his records and found the boss had been taking out the money, but instead of forwarding it domestic relations, he'd been pocketing it! So Jon ( my sis's ex) had been paying it, but his boss had been stealing it. So now they're takuing the boss to court for the money and he is in big big trouble. They're auditing him, and have already found two more employees he has done this too. Well, before the hearing, my sister had called jon alot of pretty ugly names over this. One would think she would have apologized after finding out it wasn't his fault.... nope. She called him even more names I would have apologized for blaming him - she's too snotty to do that. She can't even bring herself to admit she was wrong.....she is truely one of the most mean spirited people i have ever known...

I think she should appologize. He did everything right on his part. He can't help if he's got a theif for an employeer.

i hope that she will apologize... it's not his fault at all!!

Hopefully will get what he has coming to him and the kids will get the child support that he stole!!!

Holy bageebers that the boss was pocketing it He will be audited no doubt.

I think sister should appoligies to him.

She ought to be glad he is trying to pay child support. I know a lot of women out there who would be so happy to have that.
