SIL is bragging about her party...

SIL is having a party this weekend at her house. SHe calls to tell me this. She tells me all the people that will be there. DH and I know them all, me more than DH.

Do we get an invite? No just rubbibg it in my face that she is having a party.


I refuse to invite myself. But why am I always second class with her?

I would say she assumed you knew you were invited but from what I've heard about her before, she doesn't sound that generous. You'll probably have more fun doing something else. Still it would have been nice to be invited.
