New babysitter for Ryan

Not sure if I told you all, but I have a new babysitter for Ryan. The daycare just couldn't seem to get the schedule down and I just wasn't comfortable with leaving the little guy so young. I never had daycare with either Brandon or Justin this early, and I couldn't shake that feeling. My neighbor Shannon offered to watch Ryan. She normally cleans houses and only has 2 left, so her family can really use the money. I took him over yesterday morning with my schedule. When I talked to her later, she said nothing on the schedule was even close. Where he used to nap for 1-2 hours at least, now it is maybe 40-45 minutes at a time. He used to be great about just laying down, talking for a few and then going to sleep. She had a hard time getting him to fall asleep. Though I think some of that might be that he is sleeping in the playpen at her house, and yesterday was the first time for that. I told her to just do as she sees fit, that she will get a better sense of his schedule than me, since she will be with him all day. Hopefully today will go better. She is also getting Brandon in the afternoons off the school bus, so he is excited to not be doing after care anymore and he has some boys to play with.

Shannon is very nice, talks ALOT, but is very nice. They have one boy, he is 7 I think. She really wants another one, but they had him through artificial insemination and can't afford to do it again. There house is mortgaged to way beyond its worth. So she is very excited to spend time with Ryan.
